How far in advance should I schedule my campaign?
We recommend at least 2-weeks. However, we can often get your campaign up and running in just a few days, although special charges may apply.
How many hours will the campaign run per day?
Generally speaking, we run on 8-hour shifts at your desired location. Extra hours can be arranged.
Must the campaign run on consecutive days?
No, you can break up your campaign any way you like. Of course this depends on our availability.
What are your rates?
Our mobile billboard ad space runs from $500 to $800 per day. This is based on geographic location and the length of the campaign. Compare Advertising Rates.
Production & installation costs are just $950 to completely outfit out trucks with all 4 signs.

What is included in the rate?
Our quoted price includes all expenses; there are no hidden charges. This includes the driver, fuel, insurance, tolls, travel and billboard installation.

How much are the production costs?

Does Wheels America Advertising print the signs?
No, we use outside vendors. We get very good rates through special volume pricing and pass that savings on to you.
What is the production process?
The process is rather simple. (1) You supply us with your artwork, based on our design specifications. This is generally done via email. (2) We submit the artwork to our vendor, who then provides us with a proof. (3) You approve the proof. (4) The signs are printed.
How long will it take to produce the signs?
Typically it takes 2-5 business days to produce the signs, once you have approved the proofs from our print vendor.
What type of material is used to produce the signs?
Typically, we use 12 oz. seamless vinyl or backlit vinyl, printed on high-resolution large format digital printers.
